Do your products expire?
Since Cardea AuSet products are made with little-to-no preservatives, they have a stable shelf life of 24 months and we recommend using them within 12 months of opening. We are always making fresh products in small batches to ensure you are receiving fresh products, in perfect condition at the beginning of their cycle.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within two business days after being placed and most should arrive within one week, however, Canada Post dictates shipping times. Orders that are shipped to more remote locations across the nation and to the U.S. may take longer to arrive. Holiday shipping information is listed below.

What is your shipping policy?
Cardea AuSet ships to Canada and the United States. We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian and U.S. orders over $70. All duties and import fees for U.S. orders are the responsibility of the customer.
